Help Venezuela Campaign: Terms & Conditions
1. Campaign Organizer. The Help Venezuela campaign ("Campaign") is organized by PPM Internet Inc. through the SkyPrivate platform.
2. Purpose of the Campaign. The Campaign aims to raise voluntary donations to support humanitarian relief efforts for people affected by the humanitarian crisis in Venezuela. All funds collected through the Campaign will be transferred to a vetted non-governmental organization ("NGO") dedicated to providing humanitarian assistance in Venezuela.
3. Voluntary Donations. By making a payment through the Campaign, you acknowledge and agree that: your payment is a voluntary donation; no products, services, private shows, calls, chats, digital content, or any other benefits will be provided in exchange for your donation; your donation is made solely to support the humanitarian purpose of the Campaign.
4. Use of Donations. The recipient NGO will use the donated funds to provide humanitarian assistance, including but not limited to food, medical supplies, essential goods, emergency relief, and other humanitarian needs in Venezuela. PPM Internet Inc. will transfer the collected funds to the selected NGO and maintain appropriate records of such transfers.
5. Processing Fees. Unless otherwise stated on the Campaign page, payment processing fees or other unavoidable transaction costs may be deducted before the remaining funds are transferred to the recipient NGO.
6. Refund Policy. As donations are intended for humanitarian purposes and may be transferred to the recipient NGO shortly after receipt, donations are non-refundable.
7. Compliance. The Campaign is operated in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML), sanctions, fraud prevention, and other applicable legal and regulatory requirements. PPM Internet Inc. reserves the right to refuse, suspend, cancel, or refund any donation where required by law or where a transaction is reasonably suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, sanctions violations, or other prohibited activity.
8. Changes to the Campaign. PPM Internet Inc. may modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time where necessary for operational, legal, compliance, or humanitarian reasons.
